Vision

The OSROA will continue the tradition of being Ohio’s lead authority on school-based policing with emphasis on the safety of our children.

Mission

OSROA is a not-for-profit organization representing school-based law enforcement personnel that serves the needs of schools, communities and law enforcement agencies by providing education, support and resources toward a safe and positive learning environment.

Values

We believe that partnerships with schools, students, parents and law enforcement make for safer communities and a safer Ohio. We believe the role of school resource officers is that of counselor, teacher and law enforcement officer.
